I couldnt figure it out, I wanted a diet that worked and kept on working and I researched all the <a href="http://hubpages.com/hub/Good-Diets-That-Work">diets that really work</a> claims but  after reading so many testimonials I had a realization,  there is only one way to lose weigh and keep it off.  A healthy balanced diet full of fresh fruit and vegetables.</p>
<p>I now keep track of my diet in an entirely different way. I eat what I feel like eating, in moderation.  I make sure I get my five a day and I drink the recommended amount of water every day.  Not only have I lost weight, but I have much more energy than I did on all those other diets and I feel great!</p>
