The fishing industry has many different kinds of styles and setups that can allow you to do some pretty wild things. You can go shark fishing or just fish for your average fish. This makes fishing a very veritable and fun sport.
The problem with this though is that you are going to have to know the style that you are fishing in very well. For instance, if you are fishing for pike you need to know what exactly is going to attract the fish. Minnows and live bait work really well but could you have guessed that on your own?
As you can see in order to succeed as a fisherman you are going to need to know your stuff. Be sure to do a lot of research and look up things about your species of fish.
Try to find its general habit, behavior, what it feeds on, and what season it comes out the most in. If you do this you will be able to get all kinds of fish and you will be a pro in no time. The key is knowing right from wrong and you can use the internet to help you out in deciding what to do.
