I’ve always had back problems but I’ve always ignored it. I mean, what can you do when your job as a mover requires you to get into weird positions? I try to use my legs to lift the weight but you still get tweaks in your back here and there. But over the weekend, I really hurt myself. I was over extending myself trying to get things done and I threw out my back. I went to the doctor and he told me to wear a hernia girdle for men. Yeah, I’m sure that will go over real well with the guys if they find out I’m wearing a girdle. Still, it will be my secret as I’d rather be wearing a girdle than have back surgery later on.
