Gallic Acid

Gallic acid is potent at protecting our cells from oxidative damage that can lead to cancer, heart disease, diabetes and premature aging. Most people suffering from excessive tiredness and fatigue may not agree that it is a problem because they don’t see any real causes of the problem. The truth is that tiredness and fatigue are real issues in the current society and many people choose to ignore the signs rather than address the causes. The main causes of fatigue and chronic tiredness is overworking and failing to spare sometime to let the body recover from intense work. If you work for 8 hours a day, you must take at least four breaks depending on the intensity of the work you do to relax your mind and muscles and allow them to revitalize and reset before embarking on your work. Do you complain that I am always tired yet you work for 8 hours non-stop? Remember that taking a break from your repetitive work to do something different that is taxing as well is not necessarily resting but change of tactic to punish your brain.

Get involved in physical exercise after work to make your muscles cope with the demand of excessive energy. You must also eat well, take a balanced diet with minimal processed carbohydrates and animal fat but instead take foods with proteins, vitamins and other minerals. This way, your body will be supplied with the energy it needs to perform your daily activities. If your tiredness is mental from stress and depression, you will need to address the cause of the problems and rest enough at night in order to wake up fresh and set for the day in the morning.
